Legislation

Deposit Return Scheme
In a DRS consumers buying drinks pay a deposit on the containers. The deposit is redeemed upon the return of the empty container.
Reverse Vending Machine
An RVM is an automated return point for empty drinks containers. It selectively accepts empty containers, prevents fraud and issues redeemable vouchers.

Recunoașterea Formei
Recyclever propertary RecyVision uses computer vision to validate if the silhouette of a container is acceptable. Like a human eye, RecyVision understands if the container is as expected or the user is trying to fraud the machine.
RecyVision intervenes in the RVM logic in two different modes. In a DRS, where barcodes are known and a precise shape is expected, RecyVision sits as an extra layer of fraud prevention. Outside of a DRS, RecyVision works as the primary validator to detect if a drink container or something else is being returned.
Unique Compactor
Recyclever's Reverse Vending Machines comes with a unique patented compactor. This is a twin module that optimises the compacting of PET bottles and aluminium cans.
Thanks to Recyclever patent, the compactor can be services without disassembling the machine. The active elements crushing the containers are intelligently designed to allow replacement. After years of honourable service, the compactor will only needs changing its wear parts, without dismantling or replacing the RVM.

To help offsetting the running cost of RVMs, we add a media screen on every machine. Content is managed remotely via the RecyHub, our integrated portal for asset management.

Standalone RVM
Recyclever RVMs are standalone and plug and play, they don't require building adaptations.
We call our machines convenience store and supermarket friendly: with widths avialable of 80cm, 100cm and 120cm, they can fit in every retail environment and deliver the required capacity.
Despite their compact dimensions, they all separate PET from aluminium.

Green signals readiness to insert your container and contribute to recycling. Red indicates the machine is busy with safety checks. Ease of Deployment
Every RVM leave our factory after through testing and pre programming. Once onsite, the machine requires power and ethernet connection. After a few simple steps, the machine is connected to the Recyhub and is fully functional.
